The Burren Perfumery is much more than a café, but I just have to mention the café in this section. The café is only open during the spring/summer/Autumn months. They do all homemade cakes using organic ingredients and also do fabulous tea and coffee. I definitely recommend a stroll around there beautiful gardens then finish it off with something tasty in the café.

This is a great place to grab lunch. They have a great relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful garden to walk around. The food is a bit on the pricey side but definitely well worth it. All of the meals and cakes are homemade.

Great Italian restaurant amongst all the irish pubs. Located down a cobblestone alleyway in Ballyvaughan. They offer superb Italian dishes and pizzas at a very reasonable price. They also have a great selection of wine.

Great spot in Doolin for some nightlife. There is alway a great crowd here and the nightly irish music is a must see if you are in the area.

I'm sure if you are in this part of the world you have come to see the Cliffs of Moher. If for some reason you haven't heard of them they are a must see in this area. Just try to go on a day with no fog or you will be sorely disappointed.

Parks & Nature
We are so fortunate to have the beautiful fanore beach only 1.5 miles down the road. Take advantage of this and go for a swim or even a surfing lesson with the Aloha surf school if your feeling adventurous.

We are so fortunate to have the beautiful fanore beach only 1.5 miles down the road. Take advantage of this and go for a swim or even a surfing lesson with the Aloha surf school if your feeling adventurous.
Great for adults and kids. You could easily spend half a day here or more. Its not just a cave but they also have a birds of prey exhibit and shows a few times a day. And the grounds are just amazing to walk around. We bring the kids here at least once or twice a year. Definately reccomend.

Fermoyle Cottage is located directly on the Burren Way walking route (You will see a photo of this in our photos section). This is a perfect spot to stay for any hiking enthusiests. Not only is it on the Burren Way walking route but also the Caher Valley Loop as well.

Essentials
This is only a small convenience store but you would be surprised the selection of stuff they have. You can get almost any food item you are looking for and down the back they also have a selection of toys and also hardware stor items. If planning a night in you can also buy a bottle of wine. If you are looking to buy groceries before you reach Fermoyle Cottage I reccomend stopping here to load up.

Getting Around
There is a bus stop at the end of our road (L5047). This bus stop is called Murrough Bridge. The 350 bus passes here a number of times a day. It goes all the way from Ennis to Galway and back again. You can get a timetable online or at the shop in fanore there is another bus stop and the bus schedule is on the pole at this stop.
