Shinpukusaikan is most famous for Ramen in Kyoto. There is a line in front of that restaurant even during lunch.

Speaking of Japanese tea, Tsujiri is famous in Kyoto. It has a lot of original sweet menu. I recommend ''Tukino shizuku'' that is green tea ice,'' Warabi mochi'' and cookies etc..
