To try Mexican gourmet food, get to the Villa Maria. They have pretty much every piece of exotic food cooked nicely in a 100% Mexican environment.
Let me warn you that this place is not cheap. However, it is worthy for a special occasion. This is where I have tried the best tequila ever plus the biggest (and most delicious) margaritas I've ever seen.

Uruguay has given us a good choice to enjoy delicious meat cuts, salads, and pizza. This is a good place for a formal dinner. It is one of the best balance between price and servings.

Drinks & Nightlife
This is my favorite bar in Polanco. It is a good place to enjoy international beer with fries and cheese (my favorite combination!).
Some nights, there is live music. If you are fond of 80s and 90s good rock, you are going to love it. There are tables inside and outside for smokers. A nice place to just chill out!
