This is an authentically casual Colombian restaurant offers a cafeteria-style experience, perfect for both takeout and dine-in options. Highly recommend trying their pan de bono, bandeja paisa, or my personal favorite, pollo a la milanesa—a delicious fried chicken cutlet served with rice, beans, and as a side, repollo (pickled cabbage).
