For the best hair cut, color and style, massage, facial, manicure and pedicure you must get an appointment at this modern salon and spa. The staff is expert at pampering you and making you feel and look like a movie star. And it's right in town, just a mile from the house. Very highly recommended!

This is one of my favorite horseback riding places in Virginia. Guided trail rides with breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge mountains. Only 20 minutes from New Market. Well-run, safe, modern, very friendly owner and assistants. They love their horses and it shows - each horse is quiet, gentle and great even for non-riders and children (check for minimum child's age). Check their website for their demonstrations and shows for tourists. Highly recommended!
