Well actually if you arrive to NYC by boat I understand the City Island docking is a cost effective option. Quick sail to under- appreciated upper East river waterfront. Give it a minute NY will finally get around to celebrating its full waterfront experience - and not just the around Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Yes, I think you just found my soapbox, dismounting quickly!
