Food Scene

Svinkløv Badehotel is the oldest wooden hotel in Denmark. It burnt to the ground in 2016 but has been rebuilt and looks exactly as before. It re-opened in 2019, and serves wonderful food. It closes for the winter, but opens for the season in mid April. Their food is fantastic but quite expensive. If you have a sweet tooth, Svinkløv Badehotel is famous for their walnut layer cake :-)
Rønnes Hotel has a very nice buffet. Particularly if you are a fish lover, this is the place to visit. This is not a high-end restaurant, but is excellent food given the modest price, and we can certainly recommend it

This big center has a very nice restaurant with buffet that you are welcome to use, even if you don't stay at the center. This is also where you will find the biggest heated swimming pool in the Nordics as well as a nice sauna in the pool building. You can buy ticket for the pool and sauna in the reception. If you are fond of biking, we believe that you can rent bicycles or wash you own if you have been out on the MTB track, which is one of the most famous and popular in Denmark. They also plan tours in the surrounding nature around different topics such as mushroom picking, cooking over an open fireplace etc.
