Lovely walk, but you do have to climb over the rocks at high tide, so not for people with mobility issues, although there is a bit of a walk on a nice path.
Look for the driftwood forts.
At low tide, you can wade out to the island with the shacks on it, aptly named, Shack Island.

Beautiful lake for swimming and other water sports. Nice picnic area.

Getting Around
We are on Bus Route 1 which heads downtown and to the Country Club Mall/Bus Exchange. We are also walking distance to routes 20 and 40. The Country Club Exchange on Norwell Drive is a 20 min walk (uphill) has routes 40, 1, 20, 20A, 25, 30, 50, and 91
One bus ride is $2.50. Note: They do not give you a transfer to other routes, however, if you buy a day pass for $5 you can hop on and off buses all day.
