Walking Advice
Walking is an option to Lower Broadway/Honky Tonks & the Germantown area. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. You can walk along the river greenway or through the streets. If you prefer to walk in a more residential setting we suggest walking UP to 3rd Ave and then make a left towards downtown or a right towards Germantown.
This is an urban area/city. The condo is in an industrial-feeling, developing area which is still recovering somwehat from a tornado in 2020, so there are some construction sites in the area. Please use common sense & be aware of your surroundings.

If you have a car
Parking is plentiful at the condo. No assigned parking because there's enough for everyone. Leave the car here and walk or uber/taxi your way around to avoid parking hassle downtown.
