Mapo is famous for JokBal 족발(Korean style boiled pork feet). There are many JokBal outlets near GongDeok Station.
You could eat in but I usually take-out and enjoy 족발 at home. At W30,000 you have JokBal, lettuce, vegetable, soup, sauce..etc, good for 3-4 persons meal, value for money excellent.
Take subway to GongDeok station (1 stop from Aeogae), go out exit 4 or 5 and you will see many JokBal places.
Next to JokBal street, you could find many JEON전 outlets (Korean style fritter or pancake made with various vege, seafood,...etc. very delicious!!
