Enjoy a "great cuppa jo" and take a break from shopping in the unique shops or galleries to leisurely people watch in our downtown core. It can almost be an exhibit in itself. ;)

Gem of a place located RIGHT ON THE WATER. The food is delicious, portions are generous and there are certainly some deliciously creative menu items available. There is a patio available to enjoy some fantastic weather and some afternoons and evenings there is live entertainment happening. Chances are, they'll be playing your song... :) NOTE: This place fills up quick and they don't take reservations, so first come, first served. (when you're this good, you are certainly not a secret - go early, go later... but just go!!)

What can I say here... a Sarnia stonghold, and a local favourite for mostly everyone from the folks dressed in "blues" to the Folks dressed in "suits"- known mostly for fast and hearty breakfasts (and they do serve a mean lunch too). Family owned and operated since forever... Reasonable prices, generous portions and fast home cooked meals.

This is MUST DO while in Sarnia. This is a little Italian restaurant that serves family style meals. There is not a traditional menu, and the server inquires about your taste preferences, your choices of fresh pasta, sauces and you custom build the meal from there. The focaccia bread in dipped in infused oils is delicious! Be sure to make a reservation in advance to guarantee your spot and I believe they are closed on Sundays.

Enjoy some live entertainment, a beautiful pint and weather permitting a HUGE patio. There are approximately 22 draft taps and additional bottle selections. The kitchen offers an ever-evolving menu - so you will never be bored or run out of options to tantalize the taste buds. There are kilted folk about every where, and they serve up a bit of sass in good fun (unless you happen to be misbehaving - wink wink)

Just a short 20 min drive away, check out this newly established winery (2005) for hand crafted wines using sustainable practices in their vineyard and winery. They also offer live music, tastings and tours... and as these type of things might be seasonal, I would suggest a direct call or quick review of their website for the most current roster of events

Local watering hole with a FREE SHUTTLE, reasonable prices, great chicken wings. Catch the game, enjoy the wings and shoot the breeze with some new friends. I THINK they have Karaoke nights still happening here and rumour has it, there is a weekly meat raffle.

Centennial Park is a charming park for visitors and residents who want to be near Sarnia’s scenic waterfront. In the winter holiday season, there is the Festival of Lights. You can enjoy a stroll through the exhibit sipping on a hot cup of cocoa. Folks of all ages enjoy this seasonal event and many families are in attendance to help get in the spirit. In the spring/summer/fall months, there are some lovely gardens to take in and fountains to dip your toes into while enjoying the path along the waterfront.
