This is a recently remodeled older home, with a cozy 2 bedroom apartment in the basement with a private entrance. We are within minutes of the most popular venues in Sioux City, Iowa (Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and theTyson Event Center). The mall and most medical facilities are within 15 minutes and Walmart is just a few blocks away. The view captures our spectacular Nebraska sunrises as well as the sunsets while overlooking 5 acres of detailed lanscaping. We have a beautiful lower deck for enjoying the perfect Nebraska evenings or morning as well as an upper small deck eght amongst the squirrels and amazing breeze.
We have a two-story home with three bedrooms on the second level, on the main level is the kitchen, dining room, living room and full bathroom. We also have a finished basement with a bedroom, living area and full bathroom, plus the laundry room.
