Helle, freundliche Dachwohnung mit Balkon

Unser Haus liegt mitten in Kallnach, einem gepflegten Dorf im Drei-Seen-Land. Die helle, freundliche Wohnung zur alleinigen Benützung liegt im Dachgeschoss. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein grosses Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche ist klein, aber voll ausgerüstet. Das Frühstück kann in der Wohnung selbst zubereitet werden, wir liefern alles Notwendige. Im Dorf befinden sich drei Restaurants und ein Supermarkt (7/7). Der Bahnhof ist 650m vom Haus entfernt.

Private Studio

In meinem Haus habe ich den 3. Stock selber in kleines Studio umgebaut und seit ende Nov 17 ist es bezugsbereit. Nachdem gemeinsamen Haupteingang können sie mit dem Lift direkt in das Studio hochfahren. Es hat eine eigene volleingerichteter Küche, Bad mit einer Regen-Dusche und Dusch-WC (GeberitMera) und einen 80cm Waschtich mit Unterbau-Möbel und Spiegelschrank. Das Bett hat eine Abmessung von 140x200cm, 2x Kissen(60x40cm) und 2 warme Duvets(150x200cm), Kleiderschränke(100+75cm) mit Innenlicht

Vor dem Buchen bitte die Hausregeln lesen, danke :) Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familienurlaub, eignet sich aber auch bestens für Geschäftsreisen, zumal viele wichtige Destinationen mühelos erreichbar sind.
