Fabulous studio in stunning farm location

Lovely light airy studio apartment in the heart of the Peak District. Wonderfully located on a small farm with horses, dogs & a cat. Comfortable king size bed &living area with sofa bed. Well equipped kitchenette and separate shower wet room. Located right under Curbar Edge, a well known climbing and walking area, immediately onto footpaths, and 4 miles from Chatsworth Estate. Our holiday cottage dates back to the 17th century and is a lovely stone-built, first floor apartment, situated above the locally renowned Tea Rooms in the heart of Eyam village. The apartment itself offers superb, comfortable accommodation, with two bedrooms, a spacious sitting/dining room, a modern, well equipped kitchen and large family bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower. Outside there is a small, totally enclosed patio area. The property has a dedicated parking space.
