A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse and has its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, rail stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at university and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Please note there's no breakfast, only tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Stylishly renovated loft apartment in a period Grade II listed townhouse with own kitchen bathroom, & luxurious king size bed. Panoramic views of Falmouth Docks, Pendennis Castle and over Falmouth Bay towards the Helford River. The apartment is great for couples and can accommodate 2 small children in the same space using a travel cot and mattress that we can supply. Private bathroom with shower plus kitchen with hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Wifi provided.

Oysters. Short walk from Swanpool Beach. Parking

Oysters is a two bedroomed modern apartment at Swanpool Falmouth. Swanpool Beach with it's popular water-sports is 500 metres away. The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.

A modern, light and airy self-contained annexe (attached to the main family house). The flat has a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge/diner leading out to a private deck. The central location is really convenient for enjoying all Falmouth has to offer. The high street, offering loads of great places to eat, drink and shop, is a short stroll away (5 mins). The beautiful main beach (Gylly) is 10-15 minutes walk. Falmouth Town railway station is just a 5 minute walk too.

Marlbro is a super 1 bedroom mezzanine apartment with stunning sea views. Situated harbour side at the top of the Old High Street in Packet Quays it’s a great base to explore or simply unwind and enjoy the view! Marlbro is a short stroll into town and around 20 minute’s walk to Gyllangvase beach. The Little Pines is a luxurious annexe perfectly positioned between the two best beaches in Falmouth: Gyllyngvase Beach (5 minutes' walk) and Swanpool Beach (10 minutes' walk). Falmouth town centre is also just a 10-minute stroll away. The annexe is private and detached from our main house, where we live with our two friendly mini dachshunds.
