Explore the Cotswolds From a Charming Home

The Coach House is a beautiful studio that features a spacious layout of off-white walls, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Relax on the sofa as sunlight streams in through the window and curl up with a book on the plush rocking chair. This light and airy studio is the perfect base for couples (with or without babies/toddlers) wishing to discover the Cotswolds. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre and is a mere two minutes walk to Burford's famous Garden Company. This country retreat is ideal for accessing the many pubs, restaurants and shops to be found locally. The Coach House has its own front door and once you have climbed one flight of stairs, is generously proportioned and on one level. Coats and boots can be left in the lower lobby. Secure storage for bikes can be arranged if requested in advance. The fully fitted kitchen comprises:- an electric oven/grill, four gas hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso Machine (additional capsules may be purchased), washing machine, under counter fridge with integrated icebox, glassware, crockery and pans. There is more than enough to self cater but should you require anything else, please ask and we will endeavour to obtain it. Breakfast can easily be found at the Garden Centre or in town. However, we are very happy to source some breakfast provisions locally at extra cost. The seating area comprises; a three seater sofa and a padded rocking armchair. There is a small TV and DVD player. A highchair, travel cot and toddler bed can also be provided if requested. Guests are welcome to sit in the vegetable garden and walk around the garden but we regret that we cannot grant access to the trampoline and pool. The Coach House is an integral part of our home (with its own entrance) and so we tend to be available during your stay. We are always happy to recommend local eateries and attractions. Coach House is just a 15-minute walk to the town centre where friendly family-owned restaurants, independent cafes, and unique boutiques await. Head to Burford's famous Garden Company and enjoy going for a hike in the area. Burford town centre is easily walkable. To explore the wider area travel by car or bike is recommended. Charlbury Train Station is 15 minutes by car/taxi. There is off-street parking for one vehicle only and we would ask that you access the drive slowly to avoid coming into contact with our children and animals. We have five lovely chickens which reside in a spacious run and two kittens! Please be aware that the Coach House is situated in a rural area and therefore the Wi-fi connectivity and strength can be variable. Guests are required to leave the property clean & tidy.

Beautiful and peaceful family friendly retreat

Stunning house in the heart of the Cotswolds, set in the rolling countryside and an ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’. Enjoy peace and tranquillity whilst at the same time just a short walk from Burford, nominated by Forbes as the 6th most idyllic place to live in Europe, with fabulous shops & restaurants. Whilst a special place for all, we are particularly in tune with families' needs. The house is set in two acres with swings, slides, a trampoline & even chickens. Come and unwind with us!

Cross's Barn is a beautiful, modern and luxurious place to stay. A prime location, right in the heart of the Cotswolds between Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water. With most, if not all of the cotswolds most sought after pubs, restaurants, and tourist locations close by, and beautiful countryside walks surrounding it. Northleach town is just a three minute drive away. The barn is open plan, spacious, also super cosy, and perfect for a countryside Cotswold getaway! It is quiet, and simply magical!

Charming 5-bedroom 17th Century Cotswold cottage

Conveniently located on the historical Burford High Street. The cottage is a grade two listed property approximately 450 years old. It has a large welcoming fireplace which fills the living room with character. The cottage has a peaceful back garden for the warmer months. Providence cottage is perfect for family & friend get-togethers. Between March-December there can be tourists taking photos of the cottage from outside on the high Street. In particularly when the Wisteria is in full bloom.

The Hen Hut is cosy, tranquil and dog friendly.

The Hen Hut is a warm, self contained annex in the grounds of Casio Cottage on the outskirts of Shilton, a quintessential English village. The medieval town of Burford is within walking distance. Shilton surrounds the Shil Brook and pond. It is mentioned in a document from 1205 as a small farming village. Later, it became a thriving farming community. The local pub, the Rose and Crown dates from the 1600s. The village was featured in the popular television series, Downton Abbey.

Our one bedroom ground floor apartment recently renovated to a very high spec, is set in the beautiful village of Shipton-Under-Wychwood in the heart of The Cotswolds. This is a homely space in which you can spend time relaxing or enjoying the charm of The Cotswolds and surrounding areas, be it walking, hiking or touring. We are 4 minutes away from Burford and 20 minutes away from Bourton-on-the-Water. We are lucky to have 3 pubs all in walking distance and a local Post Office/shop.

Perfect Cotswold cottage for two!

Hide away in our lovely private cottage in Little Barrington! Though recently renovated, the cottage contains many original features and enjoys wonderful countryside views from a surprisingly large garden. If you can tear yourself away from the cottage, there are wonderful walks from the door and an excellent traditional pub in the village. We live 20 minutes away so can easily be on hand if needed, but otherwise its all yours!

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. The Granary near Burford in The Cotswolds

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the Windrush Valley, our guest house is set at the end of the garden and perfect for those wanting a short escape. This adorable studio is only 2 mins walk from the high street - making it close to everything e.g. Birdland, Model Village, Perfumery, Motor Museum, numerous pubs and cafes, etc. The new, large, well stocked Co-op supermarket (situated behind the property) is open most days from 7.00am 'til 10.00pm.
