It is a fantastic place to stay with your entire family to enjoy nearby the Vembanade Lake. It is 7.5 km from Cherthala town, 60 from Kochin international airport and 16 km from Allepuzha Town . It is just opposite from Kumarakum It is located in a quiet location. All facilities are available for use since food is not provided. It is very close to Kannankara Jetty if you want to get on a house boat or speed boat. There are restaurant that are walking distance.3 A/C bedrooms and 4 bathrooms .

A Colonial bungalow right in the middle of Fort Kochi, Verdant Heritage Bungalow was built at the turn of nineteenth century. Guests have separate keyed access to the entire upper floor with 1 attached air conditioned master bed room, a spare air conditioned bed room and a balcony.
