Real punk rock fan? This punk rock venue is Brooklyn's home for punk, metal, hardcore, industrial, noise, garage and other music from the underground.
Local bar with a punk vibe. They serve food as well, have outdoor seating, and sometimes have music shows, mostly punk, in back. Also has a pool table.
It's a great bar, with great bar food. It's a metal scene. also a venue with great metal and punk shows
A music venue attached to the Anchored Inn Bar with great food and outdoor seating in a cool nexus of Bushwick's art studios and band practice spaces.
Time Out New York says"Perhaps the first venue of its kind in town, this Bushwick spot focuses almost exclusively on metal, throwing in hardcore and other similarly aggressive styles for good Measure"
My favorite nearby watering hole, classic bar. Very large selection of black velvet paintings adorn the walls. Great food, mostly Mexican, though they have a happy hour special for a burger w fries and a pint of beer for $13. Weekend brunch is great too. Just down the street a few blocks!

“Tradesman is a beautiful dimly-lit bar with an ambiance fit for the gods! Be sure to try the cucumber jalapeno margaritas here! The people here are really friendly and there's a really nice back patio where they serve food and drinks in! Be sure to bring your cash as this is a cash only bar! Lots of locals here treat this place like their second home. You will spot many of them hanging out on the back patio with their dogs! ”
“Mac & cheese comes in many varieties (veggie, meat, gluten-free) at this casual brownstone spot.”
“This place is a low key bar with a loungy vibe, dim lighting, and nice people. Definitely one of my go-to bars for a drink! ”
“Donuts that are truly unsurpassed by any other donut or donut shop I have ever been to in my life-- and I'm a life-long donut fanatic! Bettter than krispy kreme's which I loved as a kid. Huge PLUS: They also just happen to be vegan! The most popular flavor is the jelly donut with peanut butter icing and a chocolate drizzle, (my own personal favorite as well!) But they have other unique flavors that are fun to try such as: Rosemary butter flavor, Blueberry french toast, Pistachio, Raspberry with oat flakes, Strawberry, and more! Truly a Must-have!”
