For high quality, local shopping - an efficient, small-store stop for everything you need: excellent, well priced prepared meals in family or individual size (from jerk chicken+rice to chili and gourmet mac'n'cheese) plus produce, excellent cheese, grill-ready meats and all the rest.

A small market. They have nice things, but can be a bit pricey, as they tend to sell organic items.

Great local spot with fresh produce (veggies, meat, frozen goodies), and a delightful deli and cheese (including a good local Quebec selection) counter. They have in-house ready made meals and sausages too.
