Great BBQ and they often play beautiful dulcimer music, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Virginia and North Carolina BBQ. The inner building is pre-war (as in Civil -- so it dates back prior to 1860).

Delicious Carolina-style BBQ, and all the sides you would expect. (We love the hush puppies!) Family owned an operated. Great food for great prices!

We LOVE their BBQ. It's perfectly located for lunch or dinner to or from a day of hiking in Shenandoah.
