True New England diner, but, very few vegetarian options. (Vegans, you're pretty much out of luck. Perhaps fruit and potatoes for you.)

For local maple syrup, to-die-for breakfast, and an eclectic local gift shop - plan a visit to Parker's. The wait time is always long so plan to put in your name and wait up to an hour to be seated. We usually visit the gift shop, relax on the outdoor swings, and make friends with other customers while we wait. Well worth the wait!
