You can walk up this hill... however, most people drive... It is one way only so there can sometimes be a bit of a queue to get up and once there parking is limited... but the drive up and the amazing 360 degree views are well worth it!

Good place to go hiking or go by car/taxi/uber and enjoy the views of the entire city!
