Tokiwa Shokudo (Tokiwa Cafeteria) serves Japanese comfort food. It has a range of selection from sashimi on rice to deep fried very long shrimp (20cm shrimp!) It's extra crispy and not greasy at all. It is on the way to the JR train station to your right hand side :) Open 10AM-11PM Average cost is 700-900yen

They have many kinds of general Japanese set meals. Really reasonable restaurant. Taste is good also.

Tokiwa Shokudo Komagome （駒込駅付近） Japanese casual dining. Sashimi, deep fried prawn/pork/mackerel/oyster, baked fish served with steams rice and miso soup are available. お手頃価格の定食屋さんです。お刺身、エビフライ、ロースかつ、アジフライ、カキフライ、焼き魚などがライスとお味噌汁付きで楽しめます。
