Frankie's is a Downtown classic as it has an underground bar. Don't hesitate to head down those stairs. Oh, keep in mind the underground is mostly active on the weekends. If you are celebrating, book the "Pimp Room" in the underground. Last I checked, there is no booking fee or minimum purchase amount.

The best sports bar (or maybe bar, period) in downtown Dallas. It's HUGE, packed with TVs and people and has a great selection of booze, beer and food. This place is one of a few that brings me to downtown often.
