If you want to try your hand at surfing there is a foam surfboard on the balcony off the bedrooms, that you are free to have a go on. The leash is very short, so only use in light conditions. Foam surfboards can be used along any of the beaches even when the flags are up. North Bondi is a great spot to try your hand at surfing as the waves are generally smaller and cleaner. Alternatively, you can get some surfing lessons down at the beach (Let’s Go Surfing), or you can hire surfboards Let’s Go Surfing or Bondi Surf Co.

Learn to surf - this is a great way to experience surfing. Group classes or private. They have all the boards and wet suits. Go for it!
