Just on top of the Parc de Belleville. To have a drink. The view is really great from here!

Fantastic vista from the terrace atop the Belleville gardens. When the restaurant limited outdoor seating gets too crowded you'll be just a flight of stairs away from picnic in the grass. The dining is nothing to write home about, but it's a great place for drinks in the afternoon and around sunset.

Amazing terrace over Paris! Very nice place to stay at the sun for a brunch or at night for meeting people! Better to arrive early, particularly on the weekend. Lovely parisian atmosphere.

Great place to have lunch or to take a cafe outside, because of the amazing view over Paris. You're juste upside the Parc de Belleville, where you could admire the panorama after you have eaten.
