This is a bit of a drive to get to, but if you’re in the area, it’s a large kid’s park with a huge outdoor jungle gym.

Near and dear to our hearts are memories of a day spent at Kings Castle near Murray River. Lots of shade, playground equipment, picnic tables, a red sand beach and ice cream from the canteen make for a perfect family friendly adventure.

An iconic tradition in this area of the province - children will enjoy the storybook statues and playgrounds, and adults will love that it's free. Stop by the canteen for an ice cream.
