“You feel like you have stepped back in time. They have great prices on first run movies and the best popcorn around!”
“This is a great hike for young children. (And older grandparent types) It is a steep climb but only 15-20 minutes to the top. You will be rewarded with a stunning view of Franconia notch, Cannon Mt and Echo Lake. Can be windy at the top. ”
“Small, locally-curated ski museum chronicling ski history and local legend Bode Miller (whose medals are on display). Tons of early ski gifts and souvenirs for those appreciative of the sport's early history and changes. ”
“A fun, boisterous environment. Kid friendly. Their beer seems to have improved over the last few years. Big menu and mixed experiences with the quality of the food. Woodstock is super close and has a lovely downtown that is worth a visit! ”
“Local brewery. Two options while visiting. 1) Try out some local beers and get a flight from Brewery/Store. Take in the river views and order from the food truck menu (get the fries with truffle ketchup and pulled pork sandwich) <or> 2) Enjoy Schillings Beers on tap while dining at the restaurant (outdoor and indoor seating available). Great wood-fired pizzas.”
