The Comeau Property Trail is a 0.9 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Woodstock, that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and bird watching. If you're in downtown Woodstock and looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, we recommend taking a creek side walk here. Pack a picnic too because there is a beautiful meadow to throw a blanket down.

The Comeau property is 76 acres of meadows, woods, and stream front that was placed under easement with the Woodstock Land Conservancy in 2009. It is located in the center of Woodstock & and offers a beautiful, tranquil walk out along the Sawkill Stream for miles. A parking lot is conveniently located opposite the start of the trail on Comeau Drive, the road opposite the Police Station.
