The Orange line becomes the Yellow line, so you can take the Max over the pretty Tillikum Bridge, through downtown and up to the hip NE Interstate and Williams areas. Find fare and schedule information at trimet-dot-org. You can also take the #4 bus from Division 23rd --goes right downtown. Wave to the driver so s/he knows to stop for you...a Portland thing... ;)
