Santiago Bay is the most famous beach on Camotes and is by far the busiest one. It is a white sand beach, and the widest beach in these islands. It is a shallow water dissipate beach, so during low tides the shoreline become tenfold larger. There are several restaurants and resorts around the beach that offer a great view of the bay while having something to eat or drink.

Santiago bay is a public beach in Camotes but I still kind of had the beach to myselve, well it’s way too peaceful for a public beach! This beach has sugary pristine white sand and a long shoreline especially during low tides .A line of carinderias (food stalls) are located meters away from the shore. A single order can cost you around P100-150, might sound a little bit pricey for a single meal but the food is good enough for 2-3 persons

It's wide stretch of beach line makes it look like a giant pool during the high tide. A low tide reveals its vastness added with the clear blue waters — it’s truly one of the most magnificent beaches in Cebu.
