This hidden fish tavern never disappoints. Laki’s ouzeria serves fresh fish, well cooked and served by friendly people who can recommend what's good that day. Even non-fish lovers like this unpretentious place. The area is poor but lively and feels like an original Athenian neighbourhood that has welcomed immigrants. Good prices.

Ideal place to eat fish and seefood in the city center. Placed on Elpidos street, a little alley right next to Victoria square. Traditional greek cuisine in a traditionally decorated place, which has a lot in common with typical seaside Greek restaurants.

It's a fish tavern with fresh food and cozy atmosphere. A bit hidden as it is on a pedestrian street, but totally worth the visit. I go there often for some tasty locally produced food.
