In the heart of Keystone’s River Run Village, there is often a wait at Zuma during ski season and they don’t take reservations unless you have a party of 8 or more. But the food is amazing.- from the Brussels sprouts or Thai Cauliflower appetizers to the Garlic Shrimp Bowl, any of the burgers, or the short rib enchiladas, you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose.
