Nitrogenated ice cream - sounds like a gimmick.. I know. However their green tea ice cream topped with homemade matcha green tea kit kat bars (yes like the candy! but green tea version - they're so good alone I would come here for them) and matcha powder dusted on top is beyond delicious! Plus you get to watch them nitrogenate the ice cream in front of you and the flavors vary monthly with 2-3 staples always there such as the green tea.
