Ruby’s has enriched the Lodi community. You feel their love with every bite. They bake with organic ingredients and fresh, quality produce. I love their Organic sourdough Tartine bread. The owners used to work at the famous Tartine Bakery in San Francisco. Must try their bread and quiche and Crowich BLT - Double smoked bacon, basil aioli, local mixed greens, heirloom tomatoes on a croissant roll.
