The Brewster Bay Beaches also called the Flats are always a great place to enjoy a walk or just sit and gaze upon the placid waters. There is not a steep drop-off anywhere and at low tide one can walk easily a 1/2 mile offshore and be on dry ground. Running the Flats is great training for athletes. The water here relatively warm compared to the Ocean Beaches and there's no surf. This along with Crosby Landing is very much the safest place for families with infants and young children to enjoy Cape Cod.

Catch the sunset over the Cape Cod Bay! This is a public beach with free -- but limited -- parking.
