“Another off the beaten path brunch spot, closes at 3 Ria's always has a line of people waiting to get in. It's clear at first glance how well loved and popular this diner is. It's small, eclectic, and cozy. And it's right across the street from the beautiful historic Oakland cemetery, which makes for a nice scenic walk if you're waiting on a table. I personally love the Vegetarian "chicken" fried teak with mashed potatoes. ”
