They have great locally-sourced food and are super helpful and friendly. There are also regular live music events and a tiny cinema on the ground floor.

in Blaenau town centre is a converted police station which is now a cosy bar, hostel and independent cinema which is definitely worth a visit for a movie or a chilled bite to eat or drink. They show a mix of mainstream movies, original films and classics mostly over the weekends.
