A good option for Pizza, breakfast sandwiches and snacks, this is us locals normal stop.

(1min drive - Walkable!) Great little convenience store with basic groceries, selection of craft beer, and a full kitchen that makes pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. The locals LOVE their breakfast pizza - it sounded strange to me too... until I tried it :)
