The Cathedral of Sant'Alessandro Martire stands out as a tangible sign of a presence that has persisted for centuries, in a scenery full of culture, nature and ancient traces that has always distinguished the city of Bergamo. At the top, the figure of his knight, Sant'Alessandro, the patron who, with his banner, watches over his inhabitants is dominant.

Alle spalle di Piazza vecchia c'è il Duomo di Bergamo o Cattedrale di S'alessandro patrono della città. La chiesa merita davvero una visita. Di fronte alla cattedrale vi è il Battistero a pianta ottagonale.
