The Civic Museum of Belluno, opened to the public in 1876, is the most important museum in the city. It is located, as regards the historical-artistic collections, at Palazzo Fulcis, while until 2016 it was located in the seventeenth-century Palazzo dei Giuristi.

Situato all'interno del più importante edificio Settecentesco di Belluno, il museo civico è forse lo spazio più affascinante della città. Raccoglie al suo interno opere pittoriche, sculture e oggetti dalla preistoria al tardo '800.

Il museo civico Miari Fulcis è stato restaurato e riaperto nel 2017, merita, oltre che per le opere anche per la splendida corte interna.
