Colonial brewery with a modern brewery inside. Great fun/tour and Cascade Female Factory is around the corner also. Both tours are between $15-$30, and with the brewery tour you get a free drink included. Also, they often have a great game of who can pour the best beer (you can drink the beer you pour...) judged by the audience!

Set in the foothills of South Hobart beneath Mount Wellington, this brewery is the oldest operating in Australia. Proudly local the team is passionate about celebrating their Tassie brewing history. There are two tours available, Historic and Guided. The heritage beer garden is open seven days from 11am. Sun-Tues 11am-5:30pm kitchen closes at 5. Wed-Sat 11am-8:30pm kitchen closes at 8.
