You may have to wait 20 minutes to get seated here, but trust me when I say, it is worth the wait! It's all about the Home Fries!!! Bluegrass Grill is located in another great part of Chattanooga, Southside.

Owned and operated by a local family, this Southside breakfast joint is my all time favorite. Everything is made from scratch and made to order. You can’t get a better breakfast in town. I love everything here, but if you have a sweet tooth, their french toast casserole is amazing. Their savory egg dishes are great for those who want a more hearty breakfast. This place is first come, first served and gets very crowded. Go before 9 AM or after 11 AM for fastest service.
