Established in 1886., it is a restaurant with a top reputation and lasting quality. Proto serves only the freshest seafood which depends on the catch that day. The same goes for every other ingredient – the vegetables are all locally produced and the menu is carefully prepared in accordance with the availability of fresh seasonal ingredients.
