Nice 1/2 mile hike on trail to popular picnic and swimming spot on the Ammonoosuc River. Impressive in the spring when the snow melt is flowing. Path starts at the parking lot at Zealand on Rte 302

Natural water slides and great swimming holes. Wear water shoes and bring a towel.

Lower Falls – If you only go to one beach during your visit, go here. Coolest swimming area ever. All kinds of natural waterslides. Drive down the Kancamagus about 7 miles and the parking area is on your right. VERY crowded on weekends.
