If you're new to Pittsburgh, be aware that you can't generally purchase alcohol at a grocery store. You'll need to go to a beer distributor such as this one, which is the closest. The selection isn't great here, but it gets the job done. If you're looking for a place with better selection of craft beers, consider Liberty Beer in Bloomfield.
