Just a short drive from downtown Savannah, The Mighty Eighth tells the story of America's role in WWII. If you are fortunate, you might meet one of the last surviving veterans who will tell his personal story of his time as a bombardier.

History of the 8th Air Force Division. Lots of history, displays, interactive displays, memorial behind building offers nice walking area. Historic planes are on site as well.
