My favorite Mexican restaurant in Washington State, period. Best dishes to try: 'POLLO ALA CREMA' Sautéed chicken smokey chipotle cream sauce. 'BIRRIA JALISCIENSE' Slow braised beef steak with smoky spiced tomato pepper sauce, onions, cilantro, lime And the spicy margarita!!
