If you want to enjoy a really tasty b.i.g fresh roti for lunch, Don's is the place. Don't get there late, or you will have to wait. Get there by 11:20am to beat the rush. Don's is near enough, but I recommend taking a shared taxi to get there and back from my space - approx TT$5 / each way. The area is busy and parking is limited. If driving get creative, or take a copilot / passenger / purchaser. It . is . worth . the . effort. P. S. you c.a.n refridgerate roti over night and reheat in a toaster oven for approx 12 minutes ... but, ... why? Leftovers? Not us!

Don's has the best roti in the west and possibly the whole of Trinidad! Call 637-8310 to order before you go. If not, you'll have a long wait, but you can have beer at the bar next door and eavesdrop on some hilarious Trini conversations. $
