A lot of local Custer county history. Plus original photographs by Solomon Butcher who photographed the pioneers of Nebraska. He is also buried in a small cemetery by Gates, Nebraska

See a remnant of the "Broken Bow" from which the town got its name plus lots of other history of the area. Open afternoons, 1 - 5. No admission charge, donations accepted.

This museum has a large selection of Solomon Butcher Photos among other historic artifacts. You'll also fine an amazing genealogical resource center. It's a "must see"!
